Great location near shops and beaches! Separate apartment 380 sq ft. Private walkway, small deck area, large backyard with fire pit. The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 sofa couch, and 1 single blow up mattress or your choice of a Queen blow up mattress that you would have to request. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe:)

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Close Enough

Close Enough is an apartment with two bedrooms. Common area consists of kitchen, living room with tv and DVD player, laundry room, and bathroom. First bedroom: queen bed. Second bedroom: two twin beds. Comfortable with 4 guests. There is an additional fee for any more than 4 guests. There is an outside shower under the stairs. There is parking in the driveway for one vehicle. 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach/downtown Wilmington. Age requirement: 25 & over
