What sets this unique apartment apart the most: The incomparably beautiful view, both from the spacious balcony over Franconian Switzerland, as well as from the pergola in front of the entrance door over the festival and university city of Bayreuth. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. A high-quality branded kitchen was newly installed in 2018. Location: Central yet in the countryside, with perfect connections (city bus) and free parking. The apartment is on the top 18th floor (penthouse feeling).

The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe: ca. 200 Meter zum Opernhaus, ca. 400 Meter zur Villa Wahnfried, ca. 100 Meter zur Fußgängerzone, 2 km zum Festspielhaus. Sie wohnen in der Penthouse-Wohnung eines historischen Hauses aus dem Jahr 1872 mit eigener großer Dachterrasse, die im Sommer bis Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat. Die Wohnung hat ca. 100m² und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 200x200 / 1 Bett 160x200). Im gleichen Haus befindet sich LOFT 1872.

The city center is about 2.5 km away – ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature but still want to be quickly in the heart of Bayreuth. Die neuwertige Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Fuße des Würgauer Bergs. Die Autobahn A70 ist mit dem Kfz in weniger als 5 Minuten und die Innenstadt Bambergs (ca. 20 km) in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist in ruhiger, ländlich geprägter Lage und bietet eine sehr gute Ausgangsbasis für Tagesausflüge ins nahe Bamberg, sportliche Aktivitäten und Bädertourismus. Zwei Zimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und eine Terrasse mit ca. 15 m² sorgen für Entspannung am Tor zur Fränkischen Schweiz.

Newly renovated, bright and rural apartment. 2 minutes walk into the forest, hiking trails outside the front door. Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, box spring mattresses in king size bed, single bed can be extended to two people, balcony with south orientation - view towards the forest and smart TV.

Modern and very spacious apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. Everything is within the walking distance reachable. This offers the perfect starting point to explore Bayreuth and the history of the world-famous opera festival and to take many experiences home with you. Modern kitchen, living room with pull-out bed and bedroom with double bed represent a cozy unit. WiFi, TV and Netflix. Public PP available, but subject to a charge. You get free PP with little luck (in 300m).

The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.
