From here you can go on numerous hikes and bike tours of different lengths and durations from the front door. In 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Bayerisch Gmain train station, a children's playground and a supermarket. Within a 2-30 km radius there are, among others: Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, the Königssee, the Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, several thermal baths.

It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)
