Es steht ein Abstellraum z.B. für E-Bikes od. Ski zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl für kleine Gäste ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Our newly renovated house is located in an absolutely quiet location directly at the Bayerisch Gmain hiking centre. From here you can go on numerous hikes and bike tours of different lengths and durations from the front door. In 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Bayerisch Gmain train station, a children's playground and a supermarket. Within a 2-30 km radius there are, among others: Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, the Königssee, the Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, several thermal baths.

It is on the ground floor, has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room with flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each with flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

The recently renovated apartment, with large south and west terrace, is waiting for its first guests! Perfect starting point for all activities in Berchtesgadener Land and Salzburg. Direct city bus connection, e.g. to the train station (continue to Berchtesgaden with bicycle transport), to the city center or to Salzburg. Bicycle paths nearby, many hiking and mountain tours invite you to outdoor activities. Enjoy fresh pastries from the baker next door every day.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)
