In the city center, the main train station or the Rupertus Therme you can easily go by city bus (which is free with the guest card, by the way). The bus stop is just a minute away. By bus or train you can get to the city center of Salzburg without traffic or parking problems. Free parking is right in front of the house. Directly from the house there are also numerous hiking possibilities. You are in 2 minutes in nature. Dogs and children are welcome. We are happy to provide you with a cot. Basically, the minimum rental period is 3 days, but if of course times less going on, or if times between bookings are free, then of course it is also for one or two nights. From here you can go on numerous hikes and bike tours of different lengths and durations from the front door. In 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Bayerisch Gmain train station, a children's playground and a supermarket. Within a 2-30 km radius there are, among others: Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, the Königssee, the Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, several thermal baths.

It is on the ground floor, has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room with flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each with flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)
