The owner is a guide to Šumava - he will be happy to give you travel tips or personally accompany you to the mountains. You will get to know the nature, stories and history of the places you pass through - forests, meadows, rocks, streams, extinct settlements and houses. The house has practically everything you need. The accommodation serves not only as a place to rest, but also as a place for mental work and concentration. Organic coffee is part of the stay :-).

Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Chalupa u Prachatic

Ideal cottage for family recreation in Šumava with year-round operation. Two bedrooms (2+2 and 2 beds), two living rooms (2 beds in the upper), two equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, three toilets. On the ground floor there is an infrared sauna and a whirlpool (with enough water for an extra fee), a private Finnish sauna 1 km away (extra fee). Absolute peace. Private pond. Outdoor playground (swing, slide, sandbox). Newly built covered summer kitchen for outdoor seating (pergola) with fireplace, drinking water, electric stove and electricity.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Country cottage with natural garden

The cottage is both a peaceful place for families with children and a romantic getaway for couples. Bikers and hikers will find facilities for their travels. If you are looking for a refuge, a place for mental rest, or for concentrated creative activity, the cottage is here for you. The garden is at your disposal for moments of relaxation, sitting by the fire, and gazing at the night sky. It will also provide you with fresh herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, the smell of grass and flowers.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

House on the water

A large, spacious house, just a few metres from the lake. On the edge of the forest. The house offers maximum comfort, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace. A spacious living room with a fireplace and a view of the water. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area on the terrace. Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place offers peace and comfort, and there is also a small boat available. The house is fenced.

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
