Once a Belgian customs post, this long-abandoned site has been completely renovated with passion and respect for its original architecture, to become a contemporary, bright and comfortable holiday home in the heart of the countryside. Flexible check-in time 50 m2 apartment located in a small village on the outskirts of Avesnois, Jenlain. On the Valenciennes/Maubeuge route. The apartment is in the heart of the village, and you can access all amenities on foot: bakery, butcher's, restaurants, greengrocer. To access the accommodation, you will have to climb a staircase The apartment includes: a bedroom, a dining room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Located 500 m from the D649 road and at the entrance to the Avesnois Regional Park, the accommodation offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. You will be 5 minutes from Maubeuge, 20 minutes from Mons and Valenciennes, 45 minutes from Lille, and 1 hour from Brussels. A parking space is available in front of the property, and there is also the option to store bicycles in our garage.
