Spacious, bright old building apartment with architectural details such as high ceilings and exposed brick. In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

A day trip to the Unesco World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park including Hercules is worthwhile. Great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig). Rewe, Aldi, pharmacy and ATM in the village. Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

It is very easy to reach (public transport or car) and is conveniently located. The 55m² loft is equipped with two 1.40m beds, one of which is a high-quality box spring bed. You will also find a 4K smart TV and fast WiFi. You can park for free, and check in yourself at any time.

Numerous hiking trails can be found in the closer nature park of Hohes Gras in the Habichtswald.
