Newly built, accessible vacation home of 60 m² with a large kitchen-living room, terrace, bedroom, children's room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

Oldest house in Quentel From "Schniede Hans Hus", as our house was called around 1521, today a cozy 114 m² vacation home with three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub for our guests has been created. Free Wi-Fi and parking right in front of the house are just as much a part of our offer as a terrace with a BBQ and garden. Hessisch Lichtenau with its shopping facilities is also only 5 minutes by car from Quentel.

Half-timbered house

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

There are many places on the shared courtyard (4 other parties live permanently on the courtyard) to unwind, read or have a meal. The cottage is bright and looks spacious for a half-timbered house. Quietly located in a side street of Landau, the house can accommodate up to 8 people – perfect for families, groups of friends or bikers on tour (storage in a garage for 2-3 motorbikes) The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining and fireplace room with a panoramic view and a balcony, as well as a living room with a sofa bed. A car parking space is included – please note: no parking space for campers.

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

The accommodation is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Surrounded by beautiful nature with numerous walking paths, perfect for guests with dogs. Parking is also convenient right in front of the property. A supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. The zoo and a spa are each only about 30 minutes away. The documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the VW plant in Baunatal is only 15 minutes away.
