The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Claudia's lovingly fully furnished, about 40 sqm apartment, is located on the side of our house facing the garden in the center of Künzell, just a few minutes from the highway exit (A7) Fulda Mitte. By car, bike or bus you are in a few minutes in the center of the beautiful city of Fulda.

Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking is available free of charge on the street. By car, you'll be in the city center in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is good in the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. About 18 minutes on foot.

Unser Ferienhaus ist eine über 200 Jahre alte ehemalige Wassermühle in der Hügellandschaft der fränkischen Hassberge. Wo früher das Mehl für den Gutsbetrieb des Bundorfer Schlosses gemahlen wurde, finden heute bis zu 12 Gäste Erholung auf 250 qm im eleganten Salon, der offenen Küche mit gemütlichem Frühstückszimmer und 6 Schlafzimmern. Vom eigenen Garten blickt man auf das Schloss und seinen Park.
