Immersed in the sixteenth-century park of Villa La Motta and the adjacent Golf dei Laghi, it enjoys an ideal climate all year round thanks to its dominant position on the hill. It is enriched by a private equipped garden and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residence. The beaches of Lake Monate are easily reachable with a short 3-minute walk.

The 35 m2 apartment is located in the recently renovated villa and has an independent entrance. It offers an elegant and refined atmosphere, has a spacious terrace and is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden cared for with passion where you can relax. From here you can easily reach the various tourist locations.

It’s a 1-floor apartment, with: 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with double bed divisible in twin beds), a living room, 1 bathroom and one kitchen with all the kitchenware you might need during your stay.

The Garden House

In addition to the apartment, guests will also have a park of about 5,000 sqm for exclusive use, consisting of several areas where you can read a book or simply relax. An outdoor dining space with BBQ is also provided. "La Casa Giardino" offers the opportunity to spend a stay at the lake surrounded by greenery and in close contact with nature, reminding us that: "Nature is not a place to visit, it is our home."

Our waterfront villas at La Foleia offer two iconic types of accommodation. From Villa Padiglione’s grand frescoes, warming fireplace and sweeping views to Villa Ottagonale’s intriguing salon, marble wanders and dreamy glasshouse; expect to be awestruck at La Foleia. An octagonal plan, with French windows that frame the water and the statues that adorn its edges.
