Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. This shepherds hut has the most beautiful views across Exmoor and towards the sea. Approximately 150 steps and you are out in the Exmoor National park where you will be able to enjoy all the wilderness and wildlife that your soul yearns for. You will be able to walk for miles without seeing a single person. Although remote it is only a mile to the nearest shop and two miles to Lynton and Lynmouth where there are great pubs and takeaways

It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

Dog friendly (3) with fenced garden and 2 parking spaces. Hawthorn Cottage is located within a short walk of moorland, whilst Lynton is a 5 min drive. North Devon coast resorts are easily accessible. Lots of activities. Book neighbouring Bramble Cottage (4 guests) for larger groups.

There is a double room with en-suite and a luxurious kingsize bed. There is also a twin room with 2 high quality single beds. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a dining table by the bay window overlooking the valley. There is also a contemporary bathroom with bath & shower over. Private entrance, parking for 1 car and outside dining area.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
