Studio near Embrun, all comforts, summer or winter

Close to Centre de Baratier (bakery bar, press, restaurants), 3 km of embrun (all shops, cinema, sncf station), 8 km from the ski slopes (Orres and Crevoux), 2 km from Lac de Serre-Ponçon. (nautical activities in summer). You will appreciate my accommodation for its exceptional view of the lake and the mountains (Mont Guillaume), located on the second floor, it is quiet. Small but cozy, it will welcome couples, solo travelers and families (with children). Friendly friends welcome.

Cozy apartment of 26m2 in a family house, you have access to the accommodation by bypassing our terrace and you access your own front door with your terrace adjacent to your accommodation. The house is located in Les Vignes a 10min walk from the city center and 20min walk from the body of water, easy access by car and free parking on the road Equipped with wifi and tv with sfr decoder. The apartment is attached to our family home with small children lively house.

Only a 10-minute walk to the city center and Embrun train station. Less than 5 minutes' drive to the water and 20 minutes to Les Orres station, this apartment for 4 people is completely renovated. It will fill you with happiness with its calm and warm decor. You will appreciate having your beds made on arrival (sheets, towels included) and a Wi-Fi connection. a trailer that can accommodate 1 couple in a real alcove bed and possibly a child on a futon bed. All modern comforts: microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, bathroom, toilet, internet. Stunning views of the Morgon and Dormillouse mountains. Possibility of practicing nearby paragliding, water sports on the sandstone greenhouse lake, whitewater river sports, downhill mountain biking at the St Jean Montirmer resort, hiking, road biking. Peace & Quiet !!

5 minutes from the city center on foot, in a very quiet area with stunning views of old Embrun and Les Orres. Close to the train station (5 min walk) to enjoy public transportation. A free shuttle is available (2 min walk) to reach the water. High quality apartment in a detached house equipped with modern appliances as well as a pool table and a foosball table. Private terrace with shared garden with the owners for a memorable stay.
