Nestled at 1250 m, in a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse with beautiful amenities (private sauna and Nordic bath). The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Atypical house with great charm

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour 6 personnes. Maison équipée d'un poêle à bois. Une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, ballade et randonnée sur le Mont Guillaume, promenade à cheval, ferme (lait producteur), restaurant à 10m, cadre chaleureux et reposant. Station de ski les Orres à 30min (chiens de traîneaux, luge été hiver, tyrolienne, VTT). Embrun activités nautiques ( raft, canoë... sur la Durance) Le Plan d'eau et centre ville d'Embrun 5min en voiture cadre fort agréable.

House with garden close to the city center in a quiet area. You'll love my place because of the view, the location, and the outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Free Wi-Fi. Garden and balcony with mountain view, not overlooked. Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
