The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It has recently been renovated providing a new bathroom and loo. The balcony is enclosed to provide a great sitting area. The building is solid brick throughout making it very quiet for those seeking a good night's sleep. There is a parking space with the apartment. It is solely used for Airbnb guests and vacant in-between bookings. Always available to provide advice to make your stay the best, unless of course I'm away staying at an Airbnb overseas. The apartment is in the trendy suburb of Teneriffe. It's near the city centre, upmarket shops, movie houses, nightlife, and restaurants. Running areas and a swimming pool are within walking distance. James Street shops are a 5-minute walk away. Check-in is from 3 pm and check out by 11 am to allow a change over if there are adjacent bookings, however, if there are no adjacent bookings then the times are flexible for check-in and out
