With a fantastic view of vineyards and the sea, lies our little Sardinian gem. The apartment is 45 m2 with a large terrace facing the sea. On the terrace you are happy to sit and have dinner at sunset, barbecue available. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen, and 1 bathroom. We have a small pool in the area that you can use. The apartment is located 900m from the village of Badesi. In Badesi, there are 2 large grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. It is 3 km down to the Badesi beach.

It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. Its location is unique: situated on the first floor of a large red sandstone house, it stands on the highest part of Isola Rossa, a stone’s throw from the ancient Spanish tower and surrounded by the sea.
