On the first row by the sea, the Granito villa enjoys an excellent location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and small shops. The living room divided into two rooms, an area with the dining table and one with the sofa and the TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. . Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.
