If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
