Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

Das romantische Apartment Lara ist im 2. OG über eine klassische Pawlatsche zu erreichen. Es verfügt über Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Das Albizia Apartmenthaus wurde 1909 im Badener Architekturstil erbaut und 2022 liebevoll restauriert. Dabei wurde großer Wert auf die Beibehaltung historischer Elemente wie Kastenfenster, Kassettentüren, Laubengänge u.s.w. gelegt. Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, wenn du in dieser besonderen Unterkunft übernachtest.

My extraordinary apartment is located directly at the subway station Thaliastrasse. Check-in is super easy with an electronic lock. Feel at home in the fully equipped apartment. Wifi is of course also available. Highlight: The quiet and green private terrace. You will find public transport right outside the front door. The best locations for food & shopping are only a 5-minute walk away. Tips are available for you in the apartment.

Public transport can be reached on foot in a few minutes and in any direction to the BAB in a short time. The apartment is brightly newly renovated and furnished to a high standard.
