From the front door you can reach the first swimming lake as well as countless larger and smaller hikes in a few minutes on foot. If you want to go even further from the climatic health resort of Immenstadt, explore the beautiful Allgäu by bus or train, both of which are within walking distance.

Welcome beautiful humans! We, Ailine and Pascal (~30 years; married), are looking forward to your visit! Stay as our guest and flatmate for a while; the apartment is spacious enough for all of us. Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

A large studio with double-bed , sofa , armchairs, TV , WIFI, a selection of DVDs and books plus a small work-table. Seperate kitchen and bathroom. A high-chair and baby-bed are available on request. The cosy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Our friendly apartment was opened for you in July2020. We ask for a cozy furnished apartment about 53 sqm with balcony 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 3 sleeping beds, with shower,toilet, TV also a kitchen equipped with fridge, stove,oven, kettle is at your disposal. Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the apartment. On site, one tourist tax per day is charged in the amount of €2.00/pPerson. We were very happy to welcome you to our house.

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
