Cozy first floor apartment in the oldest district of Bad Tölz, near Schlossplatz and Marktstraße. The house is 250 years old and lovingly renovated. On 35 m² there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed (either 90 x 200 or 2 x 90 x 200, whereby in the second case a low bed depth and a confined space must be considered). Kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm). Always happy to answer questions about the city and its surroundings.

Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.
