On 35 m² there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed (either 90 x 200 or 2 x 90 x 200, whereby in the second case a low bed depth and a confined space must be considered). Kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm). Always happy to answer questions about the city and its surroundings.

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The Wendelsteinblick holiday apartment is located in Bad Tölz and offers beautiful views of the Alps. The two-story accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot is also available. The apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.
