Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Vacation home on the Ilmtal Cycling Path

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Unser Apartment empfängt Euch mit einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit kleiner Loggia (Süd-/Westseite), separatem Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett, optimal ausgestatteter Küche mit Essbereich, einem modernen Badezimmer, Einbauschränken für Garderobe, Kleidung, Schuhe und Koffer/Reisetasche, separatem Arbeitsplatz mit schnellem Internet/W-LAN sowie einem Fahrrad- sowie einem Waschkeller mit eigener Waschmaschine und Trockenständer. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in null-komma-nix, zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

City Escape - Surrounded by Vineyards

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

House in Weimar YOUR REFUGE, quiet apartment

House overlooking Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property you can relax. The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, for example at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located upstairs in the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well-behaved and joyfully welcomes all guests.

With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by. This makes planning your stay very straightforward. The apartment is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town, with its many sights, it's only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically on your doorstep.

An adventurous, romantic hut over 30 sqm with simple comfort + standing alone. Simple kitchen with electric accessories, sleeping, living and outdoor area. There is also a shared bathroom in the large guest Hogan. The terrace: A sunny spot overlooking 2 hectares of forest and meadow, the valley, and the wolfdog areas. The most freaky accomodation in Jena. Wooden cottage on steep slope and fantastic view over the city. The highlight is a heatable bathing tub on a big wooden terrace !!! Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.
