Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is located in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, within walking distance of the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Also train station and city center are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers opportunities for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places of interest (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive. Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Our place is close to beautiful meadows and hills, ideal for relaxing, hiking, going offline.... You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Eva's "Himmelbett-Wohnung" is on the second floor of a large, detached house from 1907. It is accessible via a spiral staircase from the outside. It can accommodate up to three people and has a small kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. A lot of emphasis was placed on high-quality beds and plenty of light. Parquet flooring and exposed roof beams make the apartment cozy.

Your home in the Hochtaunus with fantastic castle views in Usingen/Kransberg. The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years. It has become modern, practical, efficient but also very cozy and offers an oasis of well-being of about 150 m² on 2 floors.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
