Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated 120 square meter half-timbered house, which is over 300 years old. It is part of a square courtyard with a large historic quarry stone wall. On the first floor, there is the well-equipped, cozy, open kitchen-living room, fireplace, a small room with books and games and a guest toilet. On the 2nd floor is the open living room with smart TV, 3 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the beautiful, enclosed courtyard you will find seating and a grill.

Our house (historical, renovated half-timbered house) is located near (approx. 9km) from Bad Münstereifel, where there is a large swimming area in addition to the outlet. Our accommodation is good for couples, families with children and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome. Directly behind the house you are ideal in the countryside, ideal for hiking and walking. The house also has a small garden for sunbathing and barbecuing. The bedrooms and bathrooms can only be reached via stairs.
