The apartment in the converted basement of the detached house is about 20 sqm and has: - separate entrance - anteroom with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double -Small bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin. The nearby north beach, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming,diving) and walks.

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini-kitchen, wood-burning oven, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be placed as double or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but lots OF PEACE and NATURE. The garden with sun lounger, fireplace and tipi (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be delivered.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the orangery and the center of Gotha. As well as the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking distance. It has a separate entrance for our guests only. This is now the third apartment and we hope that this also meets the expectations of our guests. We look forward to seeing as many interesting guests as possible!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in the Erfurt old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also conveniently accessible with the existing lift. The facilities include a large, light-flooded room with a cosy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. The Anger or Domplatz are only a few minutes' walk away. A tram stop is also located in the immediate vicinity.

In addition, you have a private roof terrace and can use our garden by personal arrangement. Parking in front of the house is available. The historic house takes you back to a time of relaxation and slows down your time off!

Great location at the foot of the Steigerwald, on the Gera bike path in Bischleben, the affluent suburb of Erfurt. The half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2014. 65 sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - take a look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. Parking is available right in front of the house.
