Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Holiday home on the edge of a holiday home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake Unterfranken (about 17 ha) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. KfW standard until 2017 and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
