Das 140 m² große Bergchalet mit 33 m² Terrasse auf 1.795 m Seehöhe bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste. Skibus und Restaurant sind nur 100 m entfernt, die Skipiste erreichen Sie in ca. 5 Minuten. Our quietly located luxury chalet is on the edge of the forest in a small-scale holiday park, close to the village of Stadl an der Mur. The chalet is beautifully situated on a mountain slope, giving you a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley, with the village of Stadl in the distance. The living area of the chalet is 115m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful and cozy ski areas of Kreischberg, Katschberg and Turracher Höhe.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
