The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Very popular in summer and winter, as it is located directly on the slopes, opposite the thermal baths and next to beautiful hiking and mountain bike trails. The golf course in summer or the cross-country ski trail in winter also attract nature and sports enthusiasts (cellar for skis and ski boots). Linen and towels are made available to guests.
