Beautiful apartment with own terrace

Hello, our quite town Seesen is at the west edge of the lovely Harz mountain region. The forests, lakes and mountains invite you to spend some time in nature to either just relax or to try some activities such as hiking or mountain biking. In the middle of Germany this is probably one of the most diverse and beautiful regions! Our 33 square-meter-sized apartment has a separate entrance and an own terrace in our large garden. I am looking forward to welcome you as my guests :)

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

Bad Grund, with its half-timbered houses typical of the Harz Mountains, is located in a valley surrounded by the slopes of the Harz Nature Park. The numerous hiking trails through the mixed forest, past breathtaking viewpoints, are not only an experience for the trained hiker. Here you are in the right place if you want to explore the Harz Mountains with a dog, like to end the evenings at the fire pit, maybe even want to have a small party? Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.

The room with 2.40 m ceiling height has a single bed for 1 person and a sofa bed for 2 people. We are dog-friendly by arrangement. Our house is located on a quiet side street at the exit of the village. Hiking trails and shopping are within 5 minutes. The bicycle storage is lockable.
