In Wildemann, the "Little Tyrol" of the Harz, this charming Harz house from 1899 is located directly on idyllic hiking trails. Located on the slope and near the forest, it was extensively renovated after we bought it in 2021/2022. The "19-Lachter-Stollen" attraction is a few steps away, and there are many shops and restaurants in neighboring Clausthal-Zellerfeld. From the point of view of sustainability, our "Berg-Budse" is lovingly furnished with a mix of old and new things.

The terraced house is located at an altitude of about 400 m on the southern slope of the Iberg in a listed half-timbered settlement in a cul-de-sac. We can accommodate up to 6 people. In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, the Iberg Dripstone Cave, the Weltwald, the Hübichenstein, two cafes, museums and much more. Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
