Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the midst of the mountain scenery of the Hallstatt-Dachstein World Heritage region. Only 10 km away from the World Heritage Site Hallstatt and only 14 km from the Krippenstein with the Five Fingers. The picturesque Lake Hallstatt is 2 km away and all destinations can be easily reached by bus or train. The bus stop and train station are within walking distance. The apartment is brand new and will be completed in summer 2019.

New, cozy, very bright and open attic apartment near the lake. Separate entrance, kitchen, bedroom and balcony. Lake Wolfgang is within walking distance in just 5 minutes (Abersee Naturbadestrand). The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt are reachable in 40min each by car.

We renting in our Apartmenthouse 4 Apartments, from 1 bedroom till 4 bedrooms in the apartment. All the apartments have there one badroom, kitchen, balkony of terrasse. Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

Landhaus Lockett sits at 800m above sea level and, due to its central location in the heart of the Ennstal, is an ideal starting point for many hikes and sporting activities in both summer and winter. We are only 13 minutes by car from a huge ski area.
