The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung (Baujahr 1889 - 2007 saniert) mit traumhaften Blick auf Bad Gastein, Schlafzimmer mit Zirbenholzmöbeln und allgemeinem Skiraum. Geeignet für 2-4 Personen oder eine Familie mit max. 2 Kindern. Ein kleiner Balkon läd zum Verweilen für die Sonnenstrahlen am Morgen und den Sonnenuntergang am Abend ein. Waschküche und privater Außenstellplatz vorhanden. Öffentl. E-Ladensäulen nahe gelegen. Sehr zentral und trotzdem am Stadtrand gelegen mit angrenzendem Höhenweg.

Wi-Fi and TV are included. The complex is a few minutes' walk from the center of Bad Gastein and the ski bus stop. Parking spaces in front of the house, a laundry room, a bicycle room, a lift and a ski room with boot heating are also available.

WORK OR LONGTERM STAYS! Studio apartment with 41 sqm (410 sqft), near the historic center of Bad Gastein. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area, easy to move around without a car - ideal for train travellers. Free parking on the premises is also available. There is no a/c required, since we're at 1000 m altitude. The temp is pleasant in summer, and there is a large heater in winter. In summer, keep the balcony door open at night, and the blinds (half) down during the day.

Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. . Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

Cosy apartment opposite to the cable car and slope

Our apartment is adjacent to our Boutiquehotel Lindenhof, situated only 5 minutes away from the Stubnerkogel cable car and slopes and 3 minutes from the Felsentherme spa. The spacious apartment was newly constructed and furnished in 2014 and has an own entrance. We offer hotel service (breakfast, sauna, ski room) on request! City tax € 3,- per adult per day is obligatory. Please pay at your arrival or departure! Parking in the yard is € 8,- pre day.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Hier ist dein Ausgangspunkt für deinen Urlaub in den Bergen Gasteins. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie besticht durch die uneingeschränkte Sicht ins gesamte Gasteinertal. Sie ist sehr ruhig, alle Fenster gehen ins Tal, man hört keinen Verkehrslärm. Sie ist ideal für 2 Personen, aber durch das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich können noch einmal 2 Personen die Aussicht genießen.
