Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

One-Bedroom Apartment (49 sqm) with Waterfall View

Our Waterfall View Suite covers 49 m² and features a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. In the Belle Époque house built in 1895, right in the historic centre of Bad Gastein, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the famous waterfall. As the starting point of the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade, our in-house café/wine bar with a great sun terrace invites you to enjoy exquisite drinks.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

From the hot tub, you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. The magnificent panoramic terrace and the large window front allow a unique view.

Tauernstöckl - Apartment 1

Vintage-style apartment for 2-4 people, on the 2nd floor of a renovated turn-of-the-century villa. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, bedroom, cozy sitting area, Wi-Fi, cable TV, parking, ski storage, dogs welcome, extra beds possible. In the main season, we only offer our apartments on a weekly basis. If you are interested in shorter stays, please contact us. In some cases, shorter bookings are also possible!

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

You will stay in a charming, old farmhouse that has been preserved and designed with a lot of love for detail. The house combines traditional charm with modern comfort and still tells the stories of past times. Due to the central location, you have the most beautiful mountains and ski slopes right nearby – ideal for families who want to combine nature, exercise and relaxation.
