Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Welcome to our pretty, cozy apartment in the heart of historic Bad Gastein! Perched over the waterfall, it features spectacular views overlooking Bad Gastein's architectural gems and mountains. The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. The inside was completely renovated in 2021, and boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Our apartment is adjacent to our Boutiquehotel Lindenhof, situated only 5 minutes away from the Stubnerkogel cable car and slopes and 3 minutes from the Felsentherme spa. The spacious apartment has its own entrance. We offer hotel service (breakfast, sauna, ski room) on request! City tax € 4,80 per adult per day is obligatory. Please pay in cash at your arrival or departure ! Parking in the yard is € 9,- pre day, reservation is necessary.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here is your starting point for your vacation in the mountains of Gastein. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished. It impresses with the unrestricted view of the entire Gastein Valley. It is very quiet. All windows face the valley. You do not hear any traffic noise. It is ideal for 2 people, but the sofa bed in the living area allows another 2 people to enjoy the view.
