Cycling, hiking, swimming, mountain climbing, skiing or just relaxing. Almost everything is possible here.

The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. UND ganztags Sonne!! Die komfortable, liebevoll eingerichtete Junior-Suite bietet bequem Platz für 2 bis max. 4 Pers. und hat einen abgetrenntem Schlafbereich. Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet.
