The apartment is located directly on the Lahn Valley, about 20 minutes from the Rhine and Moselle Valleys, as well as the city of Koblenz with its beautiful old town and several sights. The Emser Therme spa, many hiking trails and other highlights are located right in Bad Ems.

Unser Baumhaus in Waldnähe auf parkähnlichem Grundstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben ein komfortables, beheizbares, Queensize Luftbett (203x152 cm) aufgebaut und stellen Euch Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Ihr habt Zugriff auf eine Outdoor Küche mit Gasgrill und Schwenkgrill auf offenem Feuer, Waschbecken und Gasherd. Es gibt Licht, Strom und WLAN. Das Schlafen in unserem Baumhaus gleicht dem Schlafen unter freiem Himmel, nur eben, dass man nicht nass wird :-)

From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

The charming apartment "Loucia" (about 40 m²) is compact, stylishly furnished and ideal for 2–3 people. A cozy bedroom with a large box spring bed (180 cm) ensures a good night's sleep. In the living area, a practical sofa bed offers space for a third person or a child. The fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area with TV and access to the communal barbecue area make "Loucia" the perfect retreat for couples or small travel groups.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
