Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

In our beautifully situated 2-family house, we offer 2 rooms with bathroom, small kitchen, dining table in the former dental laboratory. The apartment is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Züricherstrasse). The Wasen site (folk festival) and the city center can be easily reached by train and taxi in less than 20 minutes. Shops, pharmacy, post office & restaurant, 20 minutes walk (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Our guest area is not suitable for children

Our small (35m2) but cozy and bright apartment is located in a residential area close to the center in Stuttgart-Ost on the fourth floor. The apartment has one bedroom with balcony, a living room, a small, well equipped kitchen (stove/oven, fridge, washing machine) as well as a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed sheets and towels are provided. We want you to feel comfortable and look forward to your booking!

The souterrain apartment has an open floor plan and is fully equipped. The open living space offers comfortable living in a quiet, convenient downtown location. Private Parking in front of the house is included.

Our NESTle is a small, cozy, comfortable apartment to feel good. A pretty one-room apartment in a quiet location with its own terrace and view of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor. In about 7 minutes you are on foot in the center of Fellbach (market hall, town hall, ...) and at the U-Bahn [subway] direction Stuttgart.

Located in the annex, the new and modern room has a spacious double bed, a large TV with couch and two armchairs, as well as a separate en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The room has curtains. For the third guest, there is a folding bed as a sleeping option.
