From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Log cabin with its own sauna - like in a tree house

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.
