A lovely peaceful getaway perfect for hikers, cyclists, birdwatchers and anyone wishing to explore the beautiful North Norfolk countryside. Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

Four Seasons is in a quiet, residential area of Cromer. Town centre, beach and pier are just a few minutes walk. An annex to the owners' home, on one level, ideal for a couple all year round, with gas central heating & a Nest thermostat. Wi-fi & Freesat TV provided. From the lounge, patio doors open to a small balcony with seating for 2, in the owners' back garden. Parking for one car is available on the driveway.

Light, airy and spacious, our studio apartment is set within a wonderful, semi-wooded garden and located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With level access, it is suitable for wheelchair users, although the drive is gravel. With the cliff top, woods and access to the beach at the end of the road, and the town centre just a 10-minute walk away, it is ideally located for all Cromer has to offer.

Sunny Brook is a lovely detached bungalow set in the grounds of the owners home, in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. The village has good local amenities that include; bus stops, shop/post office, pub and restaurant, and a chip shop, all just five minutes from the property. Roughton is conveniently located for the beautiful North Norfolk coast and many other local attractions.
