Delightful two-room apartment in an elegant building

Beautiful two-room apartment near Campo Smith, in one of the most beautiful complexes in Bardonecchia with concierge, common room, equipped laundry room, children's playroom,large condominium garden. The decor is delicious made to measure, the kitchen is new equipped with everything , the bathroom spacious. The bedroom has a queen bed, in the living room a comfortable single sofa bed. Suitable for couples and families (possibility to add a cot). The price includes an indoor parking space and a skibox.

A summer in Aussois. Charming residence.

Détendez-vous avec toute la famille dans ce logement classé et rénové au calme avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le village d'Aussois. Très belle Résidence de haut standing à coté du centre village et à 200 m des pistes par chemin piéton. Départ des randonnées à pied. Grande terrasse. Ascenseur, casier à ski privé. En Hiver, optez pour une location de dimanche à dimanche pour éviter les bouchons et améliorer votre accueil. Résa sur semaine complète durant les vacances scolaires.

Flat-screen TV, Living room: 1 comfortable sofa bed (160 x 180) with duvet. Bed made upon arrival. 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. 1 large closet/wardrobe Linens and hand towels provided.

Cozy 40 m² studio. Direct access via its small terrace from the nearby parking lot. Our Residence is located in a natural setting, apartment above the restaurant Le Laurelma (closed in the evening) between France and Italy, with stunning views of Lake Mont Cenis (a little more about this apartment: bedroom with panoramic lake view) With many walks to do nearby, the first small Italian town is about a 30-minute drive away, and the Val-Cenis resort is a 15-minute drive away. The city of Turin is a 1-hour drive away.
