The apartment of 28m2 is entirely renovated. It has a double bedroom (140/200) with storing space. The living room has a confortable sofa (that can convert into a sleeping twin bed), a TV, an internet WIFI. The kitchen is equipped of one microwave, of a dishwasher, refrigerator, sticks vitreous ceramic and electric hob. The bedlinen and towels are included for the winter (for stays of more than 3 nights and 10€/person for summer and shorts stays). Bike aren't accepted in the apartment.

AVORIAZ Spend a dream vacation in this 2 room apartment, freshly renovated, warm and very well-equipped for 4 people. A 5-minute walk from the center of the resort and its many shops, you are at the foot of the slopes, close to bars, restaurants and ski lifts. The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
