It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a TV, the fireplace is not functional, an open plan kitchen and fully equipped, a toilet with sink, and a shower room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with double bed, as well as a bathroom with toilet.

This apartment of about 30 sqm is located in the city center of Périers on a quiet street and close to many shops. It is on the ground floor of the house (single storey) and totally independent. You can also enjoy the garden at your leisure. Sandy beaches are 15 minutes away by car and many more things are to be discovered nearby. Welcome home!
