Sophisticated, Boutique Pop Art Inspired Apartment

Upon entry, you are greeted with a light and open hall. Lined with classic, print from some of Hollywood’s greatest productions, you are lead into the main communal area. If you're tired of exploring the city or after a long day at the office, then why not just kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa that greats you. The lounge area includes the aforementioned sofa to unwind on as well as relaxing executive chair that can be extended into a single sofa bed and an impressive Samsung smartTV which will allow you to access all your on-demand content such as Netflix, stan and SBS to name a few (no discrimination to those not listed). Wifi is obviously provided and this includes unlimited data. We all have to eat and on that topic, you will be happy to find a modern and fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would expect from an apartment of this quality. An integrated gas hob with electric oven and dishwasher are only the start. Coffee machine to help raise you on a morning, stainless appliances, microwave, toaster, rice cooker you have it all, including complete cooking utensils and if you arrive late on the first day we have stocked the cupboards with basics and also provided organic bread, milk, butter, eggs and fresh orange juice to make that 1st breakfast a little less stressful. Did I mention those stunning Andy Warhol Chanel prints? The lounge area flows into a spacious Sun Room that you will find divided into 2 spaces a dining area with a large oak table that can comfortably seat 4 and a dedicated workspace. The workspace is readily prepared with an additional monitor (HDMI, DVI & VGA) USB keyboard and mouse, printer and I’ve even included some paper experience has shown a printer is useless without this. Back down the hall and the first door takes you into the spacious Bathroom, pristine white fixtures and a large waterfall showerhead. Fresh towels as well as complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided and should you need there are additional towels located in the large wardrobe located in the bedroom. The bathroom also houses the laundry area with both separate dryer and washer, washing powder can be located under the bathroom sink. The final room is the master suite complete with a luxurious queen-sized bed topped with crisp cotton linen, through and cushions. The room is illuminated by an elegant glass chandelier from the ceiling and 2 vintage style squirrel cage bedside lamps. Ample storage is provided in the form of an oversized built-in wardrobe hidden behind 2 floor to ceiling sliding mirrored doors, hangers are provided so no need to worry about creased clothing and you will also find an iron and ironing board in the right-hand wardrobe. The opposite side of the room has a dark wood 3 drawer dresser with a large illuminated mirror above. There is a hairdryer located in the bottom drawer should you have by accident left your at home, I decided to include this little touch after falling for that mistake myself. Conclusion: The apartment is equipped with anything you might need (and more) to make sure your stay a pleasurable and enjoyable experience, anything missing then like any hospitable host I will do my best to assist 😊 You have the entire apartment to your self to enjoy, make yourself at home 🏡 I make every effort to greet guests on arrival, I don’t want you to have any questions unanswered or feel in the dark. During your stay, I am generally in town and just in the next suburb over so if you need anything I can (and will!) usually sort you out quick smart. The flat is in the Stanmore neighbourhood, four miles from the CBD. It's close to independent cafes serving fresh coffee, Italian food with an Australian twist (Norton Street), and the Camperdown Oval. It's only 15 minutes to the Opera House. The Apartment has excellent public transport links and street parking is a plenty and unrestricted. This is a new listing and offered at an introductory price I hope your stay is everying you would hope for...

Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of relaxing, walking and nature activities. Walking distance to a local eatery/coffee shop/general store and only 12 minutes to Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and only about 20 minutes to the glorious beaches. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, privacy, and great views amongst nature! Spend the afternoon exploring nature and the walking trails and then cosy up by the fireplace at night. It's possible to hike to the top of Bally Mountain. With multiple trails, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the area. This unique two-storey, two-bedroom house is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the large bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable Queen sized beds, the house includes a bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower, a living room with a piano and fireplace, and an open kitchen – all laid out on two floors. The interior is tastefully furnished, harmoniously marrying the modern with traditional antique and rustic elements, all bathed in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped modern kitchen comes with refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils and crockery you need to cook your favorite dishes. Bathroom with slate floors and claw-foot bathtub/shower also includes a brand new washer/dryer. The cabin offers an amazingly large deck overlooking the rainforest and the fresh-water creek, and you can barbeque on the deck. Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

Our property hosts Australian marsupial’s including a mob of black tailed rock wallaby’s and kookaburra’s and our resident peacock. Traditionally booked by couples for weekend or mid week getaways our apartment is private and luxurious. Our guests love the tranquility of our property and especially the sounds of the rain-forest birds. Your space is completely private with its own entrance and 5 star fit out. Absolute privacy is guaranteed with your own private access and parking. The pool and access to the horse paddocks are shared with our family. The pool area has a large bbq which is for guest use only. We are accessible for anything you may need, or you won’t see us at all should you want complete privacy. Our house is three stories and the Suite is on the bottom level with direct poolside access. Close to the pristine beaches of Noosa, the Hinterland is a patchwork of tranquil lakes, forests, and volcanic formations. Visit friendly country towns with excellent cafes and boutique restaurants, or walk to spectacular National Park Rainforests. Or just sit on your back deck with a glass of bubbles. The hinterland is a romantic getaway spot close to the Eumundi Markets but only a short 15 minute drive to the worlds best beaches. Being in the Hinterland you will most likely have a car, but Uber is readily available. Our property abuts the National forest and you can walk, bike ride or horse ride all the way to the Noosa North Shore if you wished. We can provide bikes and advice on tracks to use. Or just walk to some of the most spectacular National Park rainforests in southeast Qld. Access to Noosa, Eumundi and Tewantin is very close, Uber is just a $15-25 trip from Hastings St should you wish to have a long lunch or romantic evening and leave your car behind.
