The location and size of the apartment makes it the ideal location to get ready for your wedding day. The apartment is located a ten minute stroll from Flinders Street Station, two minutes from the trams of St Kilda Road, two minutes from the Melbourne Bike Share Station at ACCA or there is a car share car parked directly at the front of the building, with several more parked around this block. The Monash/Westgate/Tullamarine freeway is a minute's drive for easy access to all of Melbourne and Victoria by car, if you are planning a visit to the Phillip Island Penguins, the Yarra Valley Wine Region, the Mornington Peninsula or Surf Coast, to name a few. There are two on site undercover carparks if you are a local or have driven from interstate. This is a residential property with a live in building manager and security, who strictly enforce owners corporation Rules. It is not a hotel. Noise complaints will be made by other residents resulting in additional call out charges for security and/or police attendance. If you are a large group intending to make noise after 10.00pm (whether it is inside the apartment, or on your way in and out from the apartment), you really will not enjoy staying here. We like to be upfront with our guests, rather than deal with the hassle for them and us later! You MUST be aged over 28 years to book this property. Walking distance to a local eatery/coffee shop/general store and only 12 minutes to Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and only about 20 minutes to the glorious beaches. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, privacy, and great views amongst nature! Spend the afternoon exploring nature and the walking trails and then cosy up by the fireplace at night. It's possible to hike to the top of Bally Mountain. With multiple trails, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the area. This unique two-storey, two-bedroom house is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the large bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable Queen sized beds, the house includes a bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower, a living room with a piano and fireplace, and an open kitchen – all laid out on two floors. Relax on your large private deck (which includes the spa) and just a few steps away beautiful wood-framed glass doors open to the bedroom, keeping you connected to nature. Pets: 1 sml dog only 😊 Very private modern space at the rear of our beautiful Queenslander! We pride ourselves on offering an extremely clean and well presented, fully self contained space......oh and did I mention we also have a lovely spa on the deck of the studio!! Great space for a single business person or a couple who would like a romantic trip away. If you have a car we also have an off street parking space for our guests so there is no need to worry about parking :-) We are a professional couple who understand and respect your privacy however if you need our assistance we are only a phone call away! The studio is located in the Wooloowin area (6km north of the Brissy CBD), in a very friendly, walkable neighborhood. There are some amazing eateries nearby and excellent coffee shops all around. Three coffee shops & train station are only steps away. Hop on the train for a 10-minute ride to the Airport or city. We are only 100 meters from the train station and 10 min to either the domestic or international airport or the city! We are also only 15min train ride direct to Southbank with its famous man made beach.....why not pack your swimmers and go for a dip, it's free!! It's also a great place for a coffee or some lunch!! We offer great amenities for our guests to use during their stay (like perfume, hair mask, hair dryer, hair styling products & much more!!) Our kitchen is also fully equipped with salt, pepper, cooking oil etc, so there is no need to grab those if you want to prepare meals during your stay :-)

Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

Sunfilled Getaway only minutes to the Beach & Lake

The whole home as well as deck and garden are for you to use throughout your trip. We have an outdoor shower under a beautiful frangipani tree for your use after a long day at the beach. Each bedroom has been designed with relaxation in mind. We have beautiful bed linen in both beds and plenty of cupboard space for you to hang your items. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal you would like to make and we encourage you to use some of the fresh market produce available from the market across the road every Friday. The dining room seats 4 and we have a smart tv in both the lounge room and one bedroom as well. Perfect for watching your fave Netflix show after a long day at the beach. Much of the furniture and homewares inside our home are designed and made in Australia, some even on the Northern Beaches and we love celebrating our beautiful local makers. You will have access to the entire home, including front deck and garden complete with outdoor shower. There is also a fully equipped laundry for your personal use in a separate area near the garden. We live in a house located at the front of property. Airbnb will supply self check in details prior to your arrival and will be available if needed with any tips or questions during your stay. The cottage is a five-minute walk to both North Narrabeen Beach and Narrabeen Lake. The Lake has a walking and cycling track that offers scenic views, as well as swimming and kayaking. There are many great cafes, restaurants and bars close by. We recommend driving around the beaches, however the bus is an easy 2 minute stroll and the Northern Beaches is very easy to cycle around the quiet streets as well. We have plenty of street parking available.
