Maison de 60 m2 pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Elle se compose d'une pièce principale, d'une salle d'eau et de 2 chambres à l'étage. Terrasse devant la maison + espace arboré avec table, chaises de jardin, transats, balancelle, aire de jeux pour les enfants... Arrivée en toute autonomie possible (boîte à clés).

Située entre Bourges et Sancerre, nous vous proposons notre écurie rénovée avec ses poutres, ses pierres apparentes et son poêle à bois au rez de chaussée. Un mélange parfait alliant le charme d'antan et le moderne 🙂 pour un séjour reposant. A la découverte de Bourges sa cathedrale et ses marais puis de l'autre côté Sancerre, son vin et son fromage : Le Chavignol. 2-room apartment, located on the ground floor, bedroom, bathroom and equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a 140cm double bed and a desk area. The bathroom is self-contained with shower, WC and sink. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, refrigerator,... The living room is very bright, gives access to the garden and includes a sofa bed. Supply of sheets and towels (Beds made on arrival), free WiFi, heating/air conditioning and cleaning (excluding kitchen).

18th century manor near Bourges

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
