2-room apartment, located on the ground floor, bedroom, bathroom and equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a desk area. The bathroom is independent with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, fridge, etc. The living room is very bright, gives access to the garden and includes a sofa bed. Provision of sheets and towels (Beds made on arrival), free WiFi, heating/air conditioning and cleaning (excluding kitchen).

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.
