Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-metre-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, grünen Wohngegend, direkt an einem Naherholungsgebiet – ideal für Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt finden Sie Wiesen, Pferdekoppeln und einen angrenzenden Wald. Trotz der idyllischen Lage sind Sie in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bei der S-Bahn Aubing die ins Zentrum Münchens fährt. We offer our beautiful self-contained apartment in the attic of our renovated semi-detached house with garden. The self-contained apartment with its own bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay.
