The apartment is a type 2 furnished, on the ground floor with covered terrace, barbecue garden furniture, enclosed and wooded land. It is a 2-star classified cottage. The village is within walking distance (300m). I recommend a magnificent hike on the banks of the Ardèche at the departure of the house : the circus of PEOPLE ( 2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d 'Arc and the Chauvet cave. Nearby, there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

It consists of a living room/kitchen , bedroom , shower room, separate toilet, sofa bed .bel outdoor area 3000 M2 of fenced land, boule court, swimming pool , barbecue . 20 min from Aubenas , 3 km from Largentière with shops and health facilities. Visits to different museums (chestnut, Alphonse Daudet, Chauvet cave, Aven d 'Orgnac...) swimming pool closed mid-September .

Located in the heart of the historic district, this comfortable and elegant 38m2 studio enjoys a shared garden within the gated property. A kitchen/dining area, living room with sofa, sleeping area (140 bed) . The thermal baths are a 15-minute walk away. It is possible to park for free a few meters away to unload your luggage and park your car for free on the banks of the Volane (very short with stairs but possibility to go through the street).
