The lovingly designed apartment offers plenty of space for relaxed, quiet living. With a stylish kitchen and dining area, centrally located in Straubing. The terrace invites you to end the day in a cozy way. The studio is perfect for guests who like to explore because of its walking distance to the city center (5-minute walk). As well as for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have more space than just a hotel room for themselves (approx. 45 square meters) The B8 is within easy reach.

Charming apartment in the center

The bright apartment with stucco ceiling and view of Theresienplatz is located in the Fuzo. In the kitchen, a dishwasher/washing machine is integrated. Sleeping options include a double bed and a sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for cyclists. Cars can be parked free of charge at Hagen (5-minute walk) or in the parking garages. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. In the immediate vicinity are shops serving daily needs and many sights. The train station is about 10 minutes away.

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.
