You can have breakfast either from a local convenience store (150m) or in our family restaurant (100m) where we provide a 15% discount on their consumption. The comfortably equipped house is in Örvényes. The free beach (500 m), the grocery store and the train station are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, wellness bathroom (sauna, bathtub), upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 4 90 cm beds, the third bedroom has a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is connected to the terrace by glass doors. There's a big garden with a playground.

Please note that while the Countryhouse itself is fully private, the outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other units. The garden offers plenty of spots for everyone to relax comfortably.

Upstairs, there's also a play corner for kids to enjoy their time together. The building, which is over 100 years old, has a unique atmosphere. The old windows, tiled stove, high ceilings all enhance the patina of the house.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Cabin Balaton is an accommodation where those who come to us can simultaneously enjoy the hustle and bustle of Lake Balaton, hike in the forests of the Balaton Uplands National Park that start next to the cabin, or even curl up in bed all day, enjoying the view through a full wall of glass, which is actually the forest itself. All this in a clean, natural, wood-clad, modern, Scandinavian-style cabin house, just a few minutes from the shores of Lake Balaton.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

KalácsHáz

Kalácsház stands on an undisturbed small estate. It's an ideal place to get away and relax for a while. And in the evening, you can bathe under the stars in the outdoor tub. Dörgicse is a quiet little gem of the Balaton Uplands, special restaurants, Lake Balaton activities and an old timer museum nearby. The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.
