Our family house is ideal for large families and companies. We rent the first floor with a separate entrance. You can have breakfast either from a local convenience store (150m) or in our family restaurant (100m) where we provide a 15% discount on their consumption. We treat our guests with a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. It is possible to rent a bicycle at the bicycle rental on the street. The comfortably equipped house is in Örvényes. The free beach (500 m), the grocery store and the train station are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, wellness bathroom (sauna, bathtub), upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 4 90 cm beds, the third bedroom has a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is connected to the terrace by glass doors. There's a big garden with a playground.

Tihany, Sajkod - waterfront/vízpart

The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
